WSAC CHANGI (RSAF) – UPDATED DATA AND INFORMATION FOR RUNWAY 03 / 21

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 This AIRAC AIP Supplement informs aircraft operators of the data and information for WSAC CHANGI (RSAF) Runway 03/21, effective from 03 September 2026.

1.2 WSAC Changi (RSAF) Runway 03/21 will be operational from 17 September 2026, 1600UTC. It will not be available for civil use unless with prior coordination. Please see Annex A for the location of WSAC Changi (RSAF) Runway 03/21 and Annex B for the Aerodrome Chart.
