1 Introduction
1.1 This AIRAC AIP Supplement serves to inform airport users of installations within the airfield and use of survey lasers for the monitoring of ground conditions due to construction works within Singapore Changi Airport, with effect from 11 June 2026, 1101UTC to 01 October 2026, 1100UTC.
2 Steel and Frangible Frames
2.1 Two steel frames (TS8 and TS9) and two frangible frames (TS6 and TS7) with Automated Total Stations mounted on top will be erected at the following locations. All frames are more than 51m from Taxilane N4 and N5 centreline. Frangible frames will be marked and lighted at night.

2.2 During the operations of the Automated Total Stations, construction survey lasers will be used to measure taxiway pavement elevation. Pilots are advised on the possible sighting of the laser beam and/or dots on the pavement surface during low ambient light conditions to avoid unnecessary alarm.
2.3 The locations of the Total Stations are shown in Annex A.
3 Cancellation
3.1 This AIRAC AIP Supplement supersedes AIP Supplement 065/2026 dated 13 March 2026.
3.2 Any change to the contents of this AIRAC AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
