1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 This AIP Supplement serves to inform airport users of installations within the airfield and use of survey lasers for the monitoring of ground conditions due to construction works within Singapore Changi Airport, with effect from 28 February 2025, 0200UTC to 02 January 2026, 1100UTC.
2 STEEL AND FRANGIBLE FRAMES
2.1 Two steel frames (TS8 and TS9) and 6 frangible frames (TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, TS6, TS7) with Automated Total Stations mounted on top will be erected at the following locations. All frames are more than 51m from Taxilane N4 and N5 centreline. Frangible frames will be marked and lighted at night.

2.2 During the operations of the Automated Total Stations, construction survey lasers will be used to measure taxiway pavement elevation. Pilots are advised on the possible sighting of the laser beam and/or dots on the pavement surface during low ambient light conditions to avoid unnecessary alarm.
3 FRANGIBLE POSTS
3.1 Five frangible posts with instrument nodes mounted will be erected at the following locations. All the posts are more than 69m and 57m from Taxilane N4 and N5 centreline respectively. All the posts will be marked.

4 CANCELLATION
4.1 This AIP Supplement supersedes AIP Supplement 139/2023 dated 19 October 2023.
4.2 Any change to the contents of this AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
